Tournament Entry Fee
- The entry fee is $1350.
- Payments must be made by check and mailed to USA Softball of Seattle at 2303 N 194th St. Shoreline, WA 98133.
- Spectators are free to come and go throughout the tournament at no cost.

Team Photo Submission
- Teams are required to submit a digital, color team photo and roster (including names and uniform numbers) before the deadline for inclusion in the official tournament program and other promotional materials.
- Please send high res photos and roster detail to Audra Jackley, JO Commissioner, at coachaudraj@gmail.com by July 8, 2024.
- Photos and information received after the submission deadline may not be included in the program.
Tournament Program Personal Family Messages
- Parents and teams who would like to purchase ad space for a personal message in the tournament program should submit a Tournament Program Personal Ad Order Form, fees, and any text or artwork no later than 5:00 p.m. on Sunday, July 8, 2024.
- Ads for which order form, fees, text, or artwork are received after the submission deadline will not be included in the program.
Program Ads: Ads are available in three sizes:
- Half-Page Ad (5 in. x 4 in., 75-word maximum) – $250
- Quarter-Page Ad (2.5 in. x 4 in., 50-word maximum) – $100
- Ads may be submitted as text, a picture, or both. Submit photos or ad artwork at actual size in JPEG format at a minimum resolution of 300 ppi. Artwork may be submitted via email attachment (25 MB limit) or download link (such as to a Google Drive document). Please email your ad to coachaudraj@gmail.com by July 8, 2024
Team Gift Exchange
- In the spirit of good sportsmanship, teams will exchange gifts with each team member of the opposing team after the end of their first pool play game (approximately 18 gifts).
- Gifts should be inexpensive, thoughtful, and represent the team’s home state.
Pin Exchange
Team members are encouraged to have pins of their team’s logo or state to trade with players from other teams at opening ceremonies and throughout the week.

Opening Ceremonies, Team Party, and Skills Events

Team Check-In
- Date: Tuesday, July 23
- Time: 2:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Location: Funko Field, Everett - Players and coaches must be present with ID at check-in. All bats will be tested at Team Check-in as well.
Rules Highlights
All playing rules and regulations shall be governed by the USA Official Rules of Softball, 2024 Edition.
- Three pool-play games followed by double-elimination bracket play.
- The game times will be listed on the official tournament bracket
- Teams need to be prepared to play at the assigned time. Failure to do so may result in a forfeit.
- The team at the top of the bracket will use the first base dugout
- The team at the bottom of the bracket will use the third base dugout.
- Tournament officials will provide official line-up cards for each team
- An official line-up card must be submitted to the Official Scorekeeper at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled game, at the coin toss, to determine the home team. The coin toss shall be completed by the Tournament Directors or site coordinator at each playing site.
- No infield practice is permitted during tournament play, and warm-up is allowed only in designated areas
- No metal cleats on the turf fields
- Hitting or pitching on the grass is strictly prohibited at any time.
- A “run rule” of 15 after three innings, 12 after four innings, or 8 after five innings shall be in effect (USA Rule 5, Section 9).
- Players on a team shall properly wear uniforms that are alike in color, trim, and style (USA Rule 3, Section 6, A–G).
- Coaches must be neatly attired and dressed alike or in a team uniform in accordance with the color code of the team.
- Managers and coaches are expected to have complete control of their players both on and off the playing field in accordance with the USA Official Rules of Softball, 2024 Edition.
- The tournament committee will rule on all protests. Proper protest procedures are included in USA Rule 9. Awards shall be in accordance with Article 606 of the USA Procedural Code.
Inclement Weather
- In the event of inclement weather, the game must be resumed at the exact point where it was suspended. It is the manager’s responsibility to report to the Tournament Director for rescheduling information.
- In the event the tournament cannot be completed within the scheduled time frame, the official order of finish will be determined in accordance with Article 310 of the USA Procedural Code.
Prohibited Items
The following are prohibited in the softball complex, and an entry gate monitor will be stationed to ensure compliance.
- No gum
- No sunflower seeds
- No glass bottles or fireworks
- No animals or pets except certified service animals.
- No bicycles, scooters, rollerblades, skateboards, or large riding toys
Prohibited Activities
- NO TOBACCO OR ALCOHOL USE
- Alcohol, smoking, vaping, or use of tobacco products are not allowed on any of the three tournament complexes

Current National Championships
USA Softball annually conducts over 100 National Championships in each of its major disciplines of the sport — Fast Pitch, Slow Pitch and Modified Pitch. Since each competitor must earn their berth into a USA Softball National Championship through a network of qualifying tournaments conducted throughout the season, the champion goes home as the unchallenged best team in the nation for their respective division each year.
