Washington Tryout Dates

  • Tryout Date 1: March 29, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. at Phil Johnson Ballfields
  • Final Tryout: The final tryout will be at Washington High School in Tacoma on Saturday, May 18, for the approx. 18 players selected by tryout coaches from the first two tryouts. These players combine with 18 Oregon tryout players and will play two games for further evaluation. The final All American team will be selected from the final tryout.
  • Tryout Cost: $50 per player
  • Tryout Form: Prior to tryouts, please scan and email the completed tryout form to Jim Donner at jimdonner@aol.com. You can also bring the completed form to tryouts.

Sunday, June 19, 2022: USA Softball of Seattle invited youth fastpitch clubs from across the Pacific Northwest to attend Youth Fastpitch Day with the Seattle Mariners.

  • Players from 18 fastpitch organizations from Washington and Oregon in attendance
  • 5 on-field representatives for pre-game including throwing the first pitch
